Duplicating a sales order is a straightforward process designed to save you time when managing similar orders. This allows you to create a new sales order by copying all pertinent information, such as customer details and product specifications, from an existing order.
Customer name, Delivery deadline, Sales order rows, and Additional info will be copied to a new SO card, and a new SO # will be automatically assigned, while the Created date will match the date of the duplicate.
To duplicate a Sales order
Navigate to the Sell screen and click on a SO.
Click on the 3-dots in the top right and choose Duplicate.
Katana will duplicate the SO and open the new SO card.
