Keep your printing workflow clean and focused by controlling which templates appear in Katana's print menus.
Why hide templates?
If you have many print templates — especially custom ones — you can streamline your workflow by hiding unused templates from the dropdown menus. This makes it easier for your team to find the right ones without clutter.
Note: Hiding a template doesn’t delete it. You can still edit or reactivate it anytime.
How to hide or show a template
Find the “Visible” column
Each row represents a template for a specific document type (e.g. sales order, purchase order).Toggle the checkbox
Checked = visible in print menus
Unchecked = hidden from print menus
What changes in the app?
After hiding a template, it won’t appear in the Print dropdown when you open a document (like a sales order or manufacturing order). Only visible templates will be shown to users.
