If you entered data to Katana for testing purposes, made a mistake in data import, or just want a fresh start, you can delete all data from your account.

NOTE: This action is allowed only available to account owners - the user who created the account in Katana.

  1. Navigate to Settings screen

  2. Click on Clear data from the left-side menu

  3. Click Yes, please delete everything

  4. You will be asked to enter your account's email address to confirm the deletion. This step is added as an additional security measure to prevent the accidental deletion of data.

Your account is now clear. Start adding products, materials, Product recipes, and Production operations to get the account set up for your business.
