Billing options
All plans can be paid monthly or annually.
Annual subscriptions require a non-refundable upfront payment for the full year.
You can review your current plan anytime by clicking your account name → Subscription.
Upgrading your plan
Each plan comes with added features, limits, and benefits.
If you’re on the Free plan, start a chat in Katana and select Upgrade.
If you’re already on a paid plan and would like to upgrade your subscription, please reach out to Katana Support via chat or email: [email protected].
Downgrading your plan
When downgrading:
Access to higher-tier features is removed immediately.
Data tied to those features is reset to the default of the new plan.
Downgrade changes cannot be undone.
New pricing takes effect from the next billing cycle.
