Subscription plans

Learn more about Katana's four subscription plans: Starter, Standard, Professional, and Professional Plus.

Katana offers four distinct subscription plans tailored to different business needs: Starter, Standard, Professional, and Professional Plus (See more details here: https://katanamrp.com/pricing/). Each plan provides specific features and benefits, with options for monthly or annual billing to best suit your operational requirements and budget.

All plans are available for monthly or annual billing cycles. The annual plan requires a non-refundable payment for the 1-year period.

Check your current subscription details in Katana by clicking on the account name in the top corner and selecting Subscription.

Upgrading to a Standard plan

A Standard plan can be activated by enabling a Standard feature on the account (e.g. adding an Operator to the Shop Floor App) or by going to the Subscription page inside Katana. Choose a monthly or annual subscription.

You can also upgrade to the Standard plan from the Subscription page in Katana.

Upgrading to a Professional plan

A Professional plan can be activated from the Subscription page. You can choose between either a monthly or annual subscription.

The Professional plan provides early access to new features and priority support from a dedicated Customer Success Manager.

Upgrading to a Professional Plus plan

To upgrade to a Professional Plus plan, we ask that you contact our team to discuss the upgrade further.

Downgrading

At the moment, due to technical changes in the system, it's not possible to manually downgrade. If you like to downgrade, please contact our customer support via the in-app chat for further assistance.
