In Katana, items may appear crossed out on orders, stock adjustments, or transfers if they've been archived or deleted. This visual indicator helps identify discrepancies or issues with the item. Regularly reviewing item statuses helps maintain accurate stock records and smooth operations.

To understand if an item has been archived or deleted, [ARCHIVED] will be added to the name of archived items, and [DELETED] will be added to the name of those items that have been deleted.

Deleted items cannot be restored in Katana. If you want to restore an item, you need to create a new item with the same name and attributes. On orders, you can delete the line item that has been crossed out and replace it with a newly created item.

Archived items can be easily unarchived by opening the item's card, clicking the 3-dot menu, and selecting Unarchive.
