This guide covers the necessary steps for operators to log in using a mobile device or laptops, streamlining the authentication process to facilitate efficient access to the shop floor.
Once you've set up a Shop Floor Operator account, you can log in to the account. This can be done through any browser-supported device, but we recommend a mobile device.
To log in, you'll need the operator's QR code and 6-digit login code. Each operator account has a unique QR code (learn more about setting up an operator account).
Logging in
To log in, either open the QR code scanning feature on your mobile device or navigate to floor.katanasfc.com/login and click Scan QR code.
Scan the QR code.
Don't have the code? The QR code was generated when the operator account was initially set up and can be found in the Team section of Katana (read more).
Enter the operator account's 6-digit login code.
