Connect your PrestaShop store to Katana via Extensiv
PrestaShop is one of the leading open-source and cloud-hosted eCommerce platforms.
By connecting PrestaShop to Katana via Extensiv Integration Manager, you can:
Import sales orders and customer address data from PrestaShop → Katana
Auto-create missing products from PrestaShop → Katana
Sync updated inventory levels from Katana → PrestaShop
Similar steps apply to other e-commerce platforms supported by Extensiv.
Setting Up the Integration
Step 1: Create an Extensiv account
Sign up for a free trial on Extensiv or log in.
Log in and connect Katana as a Warehouse Management System (WMS).
This allows Extensiv to import orders from PrestaShop and sync inventory back.
Authorize the Katana connection using your Katana login credentials.

Step 2: Add PrestaShop as a cart
In Extensiv, go to Carts → New Setup → PrestaShop.
In the setup screen, enter your API Information.
You’ll need a Webservice Key from PrestaShop. Learn more.
Step 3: Configure PrestaShop cart settings
Adjust the settings to fit your workflow, such as:
Order status ID – defines how order statuses are updated between PrestaShop and Katana.
Order Split Mode – enable if your PrestaShop uses marketplace add-ons that split orders, so each part is pulled into Katana.
Translate Item Code – Extensiv can map item codes to Product Aliases. The default value (WMS Master SKU) ensures orders use the correct Katana SKU if aliases match. Read more about Product Aliases.
Verify Addresses (optional, per order fee) – Extensiv can standardize addresses using CASS Certification. Fees apply per lookup.
Hover over the ? icons in Extensiv for more details on each option.
Step 4: Review Katana WMS information
Auto Create Missing Products – If enabled, Extensiv will create new products in Katana when SKUs don’t match.
New products are created as standalone items, not variants.
Create Customer Addresses – choose whether billing and shipping info from PrestaShop should be added to the customer profile in Katana.
Step 5: Test & save
Click Test at the bottom of the setup screen to verify the connection.
If successful, click OK to save.
You’re now ready to:
Import sales orders from PrestaShop → Katana
Sync inventory levels from Katana → PrestaShop
Notes
Not supported: Sales Order fulfillment updates, shipping tracking, or returns.
Each PrestaShop store requires its own Cart connection in Extensiv.
