What happens after disconnecting

  • Katana will no longer pull sales orders from BigCommerce.

  • Any orders, customers, or products that were already imported remain in Katana, but they will no longer update automatically.

  • You can reconnect to the same store or connect a new BigCommerce store at any time by following the BigCommerce connection guide.

Disconnecting only takes a couple of clicks, and you can always reconnect later if needed.
