Map your BigCommerce store locations to Katana Locations to ensure orders are routed and tracked in the right place. This helps maintain accurate stock levels, production scheduling, and fulfillment management across multiple warehouses or sales channels.

Why location mapping matters

  • Ensures sales orders from BigCommerce are assigned to the correct Katana Location.

  • Helps you keep stock and fulfillment separate across warehouses, retail outlets, or online channels.

  • Allows each BigCommerce store to be mapped independently to Katana.

How to set up location mapping

Location mapping is the first step in the BigCommerce integration flow:

  1. When connecting your BigCommerce store to Katana, you’ll be asked to select a Katana Location.

  2. All customer orders from that BigCommerce store will be imported to the selected Katana Location.

    • If your BigCommerce account has other connected sales channels, those orders will also sync to the same Katana Location.

  3. If you connect multiple BigCommerce stores, you can:

    • Map each store to the same Katana Location, or

    • Assign different Katana Locations for each store.

Once mapping is complete, Katana will automatically route all incoming sales orders from BigCommerce to the chosen Location.
