For those of you with multiple Locations in Katana, you can choose which Katana Location your online orders go to. Sales orders will then be pulled to the chosen mapped Location in Katana.

Setting it up

The first step in the integration connection flow is mapping the Locations.
โ€‹

Choose a Location for your BigCommerce Online Store orders.

All orders placed by customers on your BigCommerce online store will be imported to the Location you chose in Katana. If you have other sales channels connected to your BigCommerce account, orders from these channels will also be pulled into that Katana Location.

If you connect multiple Bigcommerce stores to Katana, you can select the same or a different Katana Location for each Bigcommerce store. Select the Katana Location when you connect to each store.
