If you have multiple Locations in Katana, you can select a Katana Location for your online orders. Sales Orders are then pulled to the mapped Location in Katana.

Mapping the Locations is the first step of the integration connection flow.

Select a Katana Location for your Bigcommerce Online Store orders.

All orders placed by customers on your online store will be imported to that Location in Katana. If you have other sales channels to your Bigcommerce account, then orders from other channels will also be pulled into that Katana Location.

If you are connecting multiple Bigcommerce stores to Katana, you can select either the same or a different Katana Location for each of your Bigcommerce stores. You can select another Katana location when you are connecting to your next store.
