What you can do with Katana + Make

Using Katana’s API, Make enables endless possibilities for workflow automation.

Here are some common use cases:

Sales orders & customers

  • Import products, customers, and sales orders from your e-commerce or CRM platform

  • Sync sales order fulfillment status back to the original system

  • Get notified when a sales order is created, updated, or deleted

Inventory management

  • Send inventory data from Katana to e-commerce, CRM, or other platforms
