Serial tracking functionality can be enabled/disabled at the item level.
NOTE: We recommend caution when turning off serial tracking for an item, as all serial tracking information for all variants of this item will be deleted
If you've enabled serial number tracking for an item and created serial numbers in Katana, disabling the serial number tracking functionality will delete all the existing serial number information for that item.
Before disabling product tracking for an item, we recommend exporting the historical serial tracking info to a CSV file.
