Where to export from

This gives you an XLSX template with existing rows—one per serial number—ready for review or update.
What each option includes
Stock view export: Full dataset including product variant, serial, status, date added, and related documents (if visible).
Data import export: Includes Katana IDs, document references (MO/PO), variant info, and serial numbers—ideal for re-importing changes.
When to use which export
Use the Stock screen export for general reporting or filtered lists.
Use Data import export when you need to update or enrich existing serial data within Katana using the built-in import feature.
