Set who can manage item information, ensuring only authorized users can create new products and materials or edit existing ones. This is important for maintaining data integrity in your Katana account.
With this permission can, you can:
Create products and product variants
Create materials and material variants
Edit product configuration and information
Edit material configuration and information
This permission will always be enabled for the account Owner.
Regular users will have this permission enabled with default access.
Enabling/disabling the Manage items permission
The Manage items permission can be enabled/disabled when inviting a user by checkmarking Set custom permissions or afterward by clicking Team under your name in the top right, clicking the user's name, choosing Workflows and checking/unchecking Manage items.
