Katana’s Warehouse app allows warehouse operators to print documents, labels, and other materials associated with their tasks. This helps streamline order fulfillment and inventory handling, enabling operators to manage documentation without leaving their workflow.

What can you print?

Depending on the task you're working on, the following templates will be available:

  • Pick & Pack tasks → Sales order (SO) print templates

  • Receiving tasks → Purchase order (PO) print templates

  • Item detail views → Inventory item and barcode label templates (if barcode tracking is enabled)

Note: Sales prices and costs are not shown on printouts created from the Warehouse app. These fields are hidden due to permission restrictions for Warehouse operators.

  3. Templates marked visible will appear in the Warehouse app’s print menu, depending on the task context.

Example use cases

  • Print packing slips for SOs directly after picking items.

  • Generate PO receipts while receiving goods.

  • Print barcode labels for individual inventory items during task handling.
