Using the Warehouse app, operators can create documents related to an order and then send them for printing. Doing so helps keep things more efficient and easier for an operator to manage more things related to the order they're working on.

To print from the Warehouse app

The first thing to do, is open a task (either pick&pack or receiving) or an item's detailed view. In the the upper right corner there is a printer icon. Tap on it to open a list of templates.

The list of templates seen above should be the same as the one in main Katana application. If you want to add/remove templates from the list, head to the Settings screen and open up Print templates. On this page you'll see an option to check/uncheck the visibility of the templates within the warehouse app.

Pick&pack tasks show a list of sales order (SO) templates, receiving tasks display a list of purchase order (PO) templates and an item's detailed view shows inventory item and barcode tracking (when applicable) templates.

Note: Operators don’t have permission to view sales price or cost, which means those fields will be blank on printouts.
