Connect Faire with Katana via Extensiv Integration Manager

Overview

Faire is a wholesale B2B marketplace that connects manufacturers with retailers. By integrating Faire with Katana via Extensiv Integration Manager, you can:

  • Import all new sales orders from Faire → Katana.

  • Match products, customers, and tax rates on orders to existing records in Katana.

    • If no match is found, Katana will automatically create a new product, customer, or tax rate.

    • Products are matched by SKU code.

  • Sync inventory levels from Katana → Faire.

This setup is similar to how you can connect other sales channels via Extensiv.

How to set up the Faire integration

1. Create your Extensiv account (if you don't have one)

2. Connect Katana as a WMS (Warehouse Management System)

  1. In Extensiv, add Katana as your WMS (order destination).

  2. Click Grant Us API Access.

  3. Sign in with your Katana email and password.

  4. Confirm authorization → click OK.

  5. Run Test WMS Connection. If successful, click Save.

Follow this guide if you need additional help.

3. Add Faire as a cart (order source)

  1. In Extensiv, go to Carts → New Setup.
