You can print Purchase orders (PO) in three different formats: Purchase order, Request for Quote, and Put-away list. Using the print function, you can also save POs as a PDF.
Each print template includes the legal name and address of your company and the address of the Location assigned to the PO - read more.
1. Purchase Order format - includes all data displayed on a PO card.
2. Request for Quote (RFQ) - includes all data displayed on the PO card except cost or price data for items.
3. Put-away list - includes items and quantities on the PO card along with their Default storage bin.

Printing a PO, RFQ or Put-away list:
Navigate to a PO card.
Click on the Print icon at the top corner.
From the dropdown menu, select Purchase order, Request for quote, or Put-away list.
From the next screen, you can choose to print or save the PO as a PDF.
