Operators can use their smart device camera to scan barcodes to identify ingredients they used

In the Shop Floor App, operators can use their smart device camera to scan barcodes to identify ingredients they used while reporting the actual quantities of ingredients consumed for a manufacturing order (MO).

If items don't have physical barcode labels, the barcode labels have to be printed. Read more

When completing a task, an operator is prompted to check the used ingredients, and they can use the Scan button to scan the ingredient barcode, and the ingredient corresponding to the barcode is selected.

If an ingredient is batch trackable, an operator can also scan a batch barcode to assign a batch number to the ingredient consumed.
