Tip: Katana also offers native integrations with QuickBooks Online, Shopify, HubSpot, BigCommerce, Xero, and WooCommerce.
Pull inventory data into e-commerce, CRM, 3PL, WMS, or other platforms.
Import data such as:
Historical sales orders
Products and variants
Customers and suppliers
Update inventory using stock adjustments and stock transfers.
Automate workflows by importing product recipes (BOMs).
Manage purchase orders by sending or importing POs between Katana, vendors, and accounting platforms.
Create webhooks to notify other systems when changes happen in Katana (e.g., order created, updated, or deleted).
