Update your BigCommerce integration settings in Katana to adjust how data syncs between platforms.
How to reconfigure your BigCommerce connection
In Katana, go to the Integrations Marketplace.
Under Connected Integrations, find BigCommerce.
Click Manage > Reconfigure.
This opens the configuration wizard, where you can adjust the same options you chose during the initial setup.
What settings can be changed
During reconfiguration, you can:
Import all BigCommerce products to Katana.
Import all BigCommerce customers and addresses to Katana.
Import stock levels from BigCommerce
Select a default tax % used to calculate default sales prices for imported products.
Choose whether to import custom items on sales orders (SO).
Enable/disable stock sync from Katana to BigCommerce
Enable/disable order fulfillment status sync between Katana and BigCommerce.
Re-import products and customers
Running the configuration wizard again is a quick way to retrigger product and customer syncs.
Example: If you added new products or customers in BigCommerce that haven’t appeared in Katana (because they weren’t on synced SOs), re-running the wizard will import them and their details.
What happens after changes
Only future changes are synced. Data updated in BigCommerce before the setting was switched on will not backfill into Katana.
Custom items will not be added to existing SOs in Katana if you originally disabled this option.
Fulfillment status sync only applies from the moment it is enabled. Changes made before enabling will not sync retroactively.
Reconfiguring lets you fine-tune your BigCommerce integration and catch up any missing data, but remember — updates only apply moving forward.
